Server 2008 R2 Error Code 80072EFD Windows Update Error

My Server 2008 R2 server reports error code 80072EFD when attempting to download updates from the Internet. This is new behavior. No equipment has been recently changed; although my internet service provider changed. Has anyone else seen this?
