Thank you for the information. Considering that updating the driver did not resolve the issue, we suggest uninstalling it and reinstalling it back for the system to manually choose the driver and refresh it at the same time. Kindly follow the steps below to do it:
- Click the Start, type Device Manager in the search box.
- In Device Manger, right-click the item Microsoft ISATAP and select Uninstall.
- Click Action and select Add legacy hardware.
- Click Next, and select Install the hardware that manually select from a list (Advanced), click Next.
- Select Network Adapters then, click Next.
- Select Microsoft in left panel and Microsoft ISATAP Adapter in the right panel.
- Click Next and follow the steps to finish the remaining wizard.
