whatsapp and uc browser not opening

Hey I am using windows 10 lumia 730 dual sim

Os build : 10.0.14393.2007

last few days WhatsApp ,uc browser and many other apps not working its only show loading all time

help me please

    • Is there any error code/messages that appears when your trying to launch the Whatsapp app?
    • Have you checked for any updates for both the phone and apps?
    • Have you tried to connect to a different source of internet connection?

    I already try hard reset or soft reset many times but nothing happened still WhatsApp ,uc browser and few more apps not working

    Hi Sandeep,

    Are you trying to access all of the apps and browser on a mobile data? We would suggest that you try connecting to a WiFi, or trying a different WiFi connection if your already connected to it. You may also try soft resetting the phone to reboot the phone's system.
