Have a Tecknet mouse that was working before the last update but now drivers will not install. I assume they use drivers already installed in Windows. Any ideas? Help

    In windows use this command string in command prompt (admin) or Powershell(admin);

    dism /online /remove-package /packagename:Package_for_RollupFix~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~16299.248.1.17

    If you need to use the repair environment 'command prompt' use this command string;

    dism.exe /image:c:\ /remove-package /packagename:Package_for_RollupFix~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~16299.248.1.17

    The Code 28 error usually appears in Device Manager if the driver of a specific hardware is missing. For further checking, which update did you install prior to the issue?

    February 13, 2018—KB4074588 (OS Build 16299.248)

    After removing it, the update, the problem has left the building but is now trying to be reinstalled.

    Hi,

    For us to better assist you with your wireless mouse issue, we'd like to know the following:

    • Which build and version of Windows are you running on your computer?

    To check, press Windows key + R > type winver > hit Enter.

    • What is the exact error message when you try to install its driver?

    We're looking forward to your reply.
