Hi Felix, are you running a Dell?

If so it is associated with Dell Control Vault. If yor do not have or use a Fingerprint Scanner, you can uninstall Dell Control Vault from Control Panel - Programs and Features

If you do use it, go to the Support page on the Dell website and update it if it is causing errors . . .

I can't find any information on that file however that does not mean it is malware.

Find its location on your computer - does the location tell you anything about its identity? Right Click the file - Properties - Details tab - any information there?
