Dream League Soccer on windows phone (v8.1)

So... I used to play this game called "Dream League Soccer"... and then I got a windows phone. Yeah...

A quick search in the store showed that it was not available. I wasn't too bugged by this, but recently I searched online about the game. And it turns out that it is available for windows phone. I checked the system requirements and it works on Windows Phone 8.1, and the windows store site I checked was for my region (so it should be available here). But, trying to get it on my phone results in the store opening and going to the App Details like any other app with the difference that I cannot click "install" (there is no such box to click on). 

Right under the app icon it says:

"(!) This app is not available for your device. Tap here for more info."

Tapping:

"App not available

This might be because the app isn't available in your country or region, it was removed from the Store by the publisher, or it's exclusive to a different mobile provider.

If your phone software is out of date (Settings > Phone Update), it's possible that updating will fix the problem."

Now, as I said above, I do not think it is my "country or region" and I have the right software requirements (no need to update). So I thought it must have been "removed... by the publisher." Yet from searching online it seems it is still available (or was a short while ago). Furthermore, whenever this subject was breached in any other type of forum, the link to the store was given which was said to work and the problem seemed to have been solved.

But it doesn't work!

So can someone clear this up for me? Is the app still available? Has it been pulled? Am I doing something incorrectly?

And, most importantly, can I ever hope on playing it again?

    What I meant with "(it gave me the error message as above)" was:

    Right under the app icon it says:

    and this happens in the German region as well. (Hence, it "does not seem to work")

    I tried the store first obviously. It works in neither the Austrian nor German nor US regions

    Your phone can only install apps that are available in your region.

      It looks like the app is available for 8, 8.1 and 10 phones in Germany, not the US.

    If you search online using a PC it is only available for PC in the US.

    So, the app has not been pulled, it is still there, just not available for US phones.

    Users change regions on the phone all the time to get Cortana to work for them but they have to keep the phone set to that region for it to continue to work.

    I don't know the outcome if you changed regions, got the app and changed back to US. If you do you are on your own.

    That is just asking you which language you want to see the page in, not an error message.

    I said it would be available in Germany, right. Not Austria, not US

    You have to use the store on the phone, not links. That is the quickest way to see.

    Say what happens, German region does not seem to work?

    I ve changed region and language to but Not coming. Suggest what all i shlud do so chang that i can install that game

    My "original" region is Austria. Does not work in Austria.

    The German region also does not seem to work.

    Did not work :/ (it gave me the error message as above)
