Hi!
After uninstalling previous Microsoft Office to pave way for Office 365, I started having troubles in Microsoft Student with Encarta Premium 2009. The dialog box below keeps popping up. I no longer have the DVD or the installation software. I need assistance here. I don't want to uninstall Encarta.

I am sorry for the inconvenience. However, I'd like to clarify that support for Encarta ended. For more information please refer to Microsoft Product lifecycle.
Meanwhile, there are more features in Microsoft Office365 compared with the previous Office, you can also try finding a replacement for Encarta in your daily work.
