Bluetooth (enumerator) drivers for wireless headphones (Mixcder HD601)

Hello,

my wireless headphones (Mixcder HD601) connect to my laptop (Satellite S50-B-13E) with Windows 10, using the bluetooth enumerator driver version 10.0.16299.64, dated 21-6-2006. The problem is that while playback music it stutters and seems to lose connection by the slightest movement. The headphones work flawless when connected to my LG G6 smartphone. There is no driver issued by the manufacturer, so I can't install that. Windows does recognise that it's a Mixcder headphone, but as said uses the old enumerator driver.

Any help would be appreciated.

Best regards,

Luc

    Click on Devices and Printers

Right Click on your wireless headphones and go to properties.

    Click on Services tab

    Uncheck Handsfree Telephony

    Hello Luc,

Since you've mentioned the manufacturer didn't supply a driver suitable/design to work for Windows 10, it's possible that your wireless headphones isn't fully compatible with the latest build of Windows 10, causing the said issue.

Meanwhile, kindly check this **article**to troubleshoot Bluetooth issues in Windows 10.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Regards.

    Hi Melchizedek,

thanx for your reply. First, this is the enumerator driver:

Then, I installed the latest bluetooth drivers from intel for the Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 3160, wich comes with the laptop:

Sadly, the Mixcder software picks up the enumerator, not the intel software. Although I'm not sure if it's supposed to use the Intel driver. Hope this can help me.

Thanx in advance for your reply,

    kind regards,

    Luc

    Hello Melchizedek,

this doesn't help. But there seems to be a question still unanswered, wich I've seen numerous times asked by people before. Could you please answer this: is the bluetooth enumerator with driver version 10.0.16299.64, dated 21-6-2006 indeed the newest version of that driver? Cause I can imagine that causes some problems. If it isn't, where can I find the newest one (please keep in mind: I tried looking for the newest version via Windows update, this comes up empty).

    Hope to see your answer,

    best regards,

    Luc

Thank you for getting back to us, Luc. It seems that the version 10.0.16299.64 is somehow related to OS Build 16299.64 of Windows 10. You can check this article for more information about KB4048955 (OS Build 16299.64). Would you be able to send us a screenshot of the driver version from Device Manager?

Hope to hear from you soon.

    Regards.
