Application Error (APP CRASH) in windows 10. Every time that I tried to open a project or create a new project the application closes/ crashes suddenly.

I installed Freelance 2016 SP1 (ABB's DCS software in windows 10)

Every time that I tried to open a project or create a new project the application closes sunddely.

    There is a possibility that the program is missing a prerequisite software or add-ins. That being said, we recommend performing a clean boot to isolate if the crash is due to a software conflict. A clean boot is performed to start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. Performing this procedure will eliminate software conflicts that occur when you're using a program in Windows 10. Follow the steps from this article on how to perform a clean boot.

    NOTE: Please go to the section: Reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting to boot the PC in normal startup after fixing the issue.

    The crash issue you're experiencing with running the program you mentioned in your post might be due to a corrupted installation. That being said, we'll need more information to properly address your concern. Kindly answer the following questions:

    Compatibility mode can help run programs that are created for earlier versions of Windows. You can run the Program Compatibility Troubleshooter if you encounter issues while running the program in Compatibility mode.

    We'll be waiting for your response.

    This issue starts after I reset my pc, erasing everything.

    Previously that application worked properly.

    I tried removing and reinstalling the program

    I tried running program in compatibility mode

    and I have installed the latest updates for Windows 10.

    OS Build :

    OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Home Single Language

    Version 10.0.16299 Build 16299

    I tried three you have mentioned but nothing worked.
