sfc /scannow "Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service"

i've been trying to do "sfc /scannow" because my pubg isn't working but everytime i type it into the admin command prompt is tells me that Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service even when i'm in safe mode.

    For further resolution with the error Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service, we suggest that you follow the steps below:

    1. Select Start, and type CMD.
    2. Right-click Command Prompt; then, choose Run as administrator.
    3. If prompted, enter a username and password that grants admin rights to the computer.
    4. Type sc config trustedinstaller start= auto; then, press Enter. You should get a SUCCESS message.
    5. Next, type net start trustedinstaller; then, press Enter. You should receive a message that the service was started.
    6. Try the sfc /scannow command again.

    Hi guys! I was hopping you could give me a hand...

           Here's what happens to me:

    1. Selected Start, and typed CMD.
    2. Right-click Command Prompt; then i choose Run as administrator.
    3. Username/Password Not Requested.
    4. Typed sc config trustedinstaller start= auto; then i pressed Enter. I get a SUCCESS message.
    5. Next i typed net start trustedinstaller; then i pressed Enter. I received a message that the service was started.
    6. Try the sfc /scannow
    7. Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service.

          I tried like 10 times, i made reboot all of the times and always end up the same way.

    Still same message.
