windows on two different volumes

hello.

i have two win10 on two different volumes 

one is defalut volume ehich got crashed

other is in volume 5 which is currently working

so please tell me how to remove win10 os in default volume

    Hi,

    You can set which volume to use when booting Windows. Follow the steps below on how to set the default operating system within Windows 10:

    1. Type msconfig on the search bar **** then hit Enter to open System Configuration .
    2. Select the Boot tab.
    3. Under Boot tab, select which operating system you want to use in the boot menu and click Set as default button.
    4. Click Apply then OK.
    5. Then choose whether to Restar t or Exit without restart.

    Or you can set it from the boot options menu. Follow the steps below:

    1. Turn on your PC or restart it if it is already running.
    2. When you see the Choose an operating system screen menu, click the option Change defaults or choose other options.
    3. Click the Choose a default operating system option.
    4. The screen will display the current operating system and where it was installed. Choose which operating system's name or volume you want to set it as the default.
