    Do this..

    Press Windows key + A

    Click Airplane mode

Open Start > Settings > Accounts > Family & other people

Click Add someone else to this PC

This will let you setup a local account.

    Click Next when complete

    Hi Jeffrey,

    Open the Settings App

Go to Accounts - Family and Other People

Click 'Add someone else to this PC'

At the bottom, choose 'I don't have this person's sign in Information'

On the next page, click 'Add a user without a Microsoft Account'

    That should work !

Hey Jeffrey. I'm Greg, an installation specialist and 8 year Windows MVP, here to help you.

Create a Local Account instead of a Microsoft (email) Account: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

You can later change it to a MS Account, or vice versa. http://www.zdnet.com/article/windows-10-tip-swi...

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and let us know how it goes. I will keep working with you until it's resolved.
