Could you look on the bottom of your laptop for any kind of model number? You should see something like 11-Y010NR . You most likely wont see this model number as it is an example, but the format should be the same.

2018-02-04T03:16:20+00:00 What kind of PC do you have? We can determine if it has Bluetooth capability if we know the model of PC. Also it might just need a driver. Windows Home itself does support Bluetooth.

Could you press the fn key with the ESC key to pull up you HP system menu?
On here it will show your model number. Could you let me know what that is?
Also , could you right click on your Start Menu and click on devices? Do you see anything in Device Manager that says Bluetooth or unknown device?
