That's not Microsoft. How much access to your computer have you given them, and how of your personal information? (Hopefully, none.)
Go to Opener
Microsoft has been helping me with updates lately. They have used remote access. I found a program called Go to Opener. Is that for them to get access into laptop. Also i noticed my mouse has been moving by itself. I think I am going to unistall it. Ant idea's ?

2018-02-18T10:32:03+00:00 Go to Opener is not a Microsoft product.
Go to Opener is a legitimate product by LogMeIn, Inc.
Go to Opener/LogMeInRescue might be used by official Microsoft support people.
