DirectX installation failed

I can't install direct x Jun2010 ! It shows "an internal system error occurred. Please refer to DXError.log and DirectX.log in your windows folder to determine problem". Please help me !

    My computer is running DirectX 12, but some games require DirectX June 2010, otherwise it will be no sound. I try the method in the article, very sorry to say that, it still got the same error

    The issue seems to be the downloaded file is corrupt. To better assist you with your concern, I'd like to know the following:

    • Confirm which build is currently installed on your device. To check, follow the steps below:
    1. Press Windows key + R, then type in winver.
    2. Click OK.
    • Are you using any third-party antivirus software? If yes, try to disable it and install the DirectX June 2010.

    Meanwhile, we recommend running the System File Checker. It's a utility in Windows that allows users to scan for corruptions in Windows system files and restore corrupted files. Refer to the steps below:

    1. Click on Start, type in Command Prompt, right-click on it and select Run as administrator.
    2. Enter the command below:

    sfc /scannow (note the space between "sfc" and "/").
