Hi there,
When I try to turn on my laptop, I am seeing the following error message:
Intel UNDI, PXE-2.1 (build 083)
Copyright (C) 1997-2000 Intel Corporation
This product is covered by one or more of the following patents:
US6,570,884, US6,115,776 and US6, 327, 625
Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller Series v2.58 (10/08/13)
PXE-MOF: Existing PXE ROM.
My laptop has a solid state drive (SSD) not a hard disk drive (HDD).
I've read on other forums that the issue could be HHD boot related, since I don't have a HDD it must be some other cause.
I use windows 10 operating system.
Any help with trying to resolve this issue would be much appreciated.

Had the same issue and did exactly what Andre suggested and now my laptop boots properly. I went into my bios and changed harddrive as the first option to boot from and the error message no longer appears. It was booting from my NIC Adaptor, once I changed order from which device to boot from and put Harddrive as the first option it boots directly from my HD and doesn't show Intel UNDI, PXE MESSAGE anymore before it finally boots to windows.
You might need to load your BIOS and make sure the hard disk is set as the first boot device. Learn how to do that:
ok do these steps and see if it works
2.copy and paste this link to a new tab using ctrl+c to copy and ctrl+p to paste and download the tool https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/ windows10 wait for it to download when its done run it.
8.now you have to wait for the setup to download windows 10 setup for the USB drive.
when its done downloading

1.insert the USB drive you used and insert it to your PC your having problems with. Note: make sure the PC is off when you insert the USB.
Thank you for your response Andre.
I did try this approach but since I don't have a hard disk drive (HDD) then I don't think this will work, I can't see a hard drive option in the BIOS, it just says "not detected" under the item "hard drive". I have a solid state drive (SSD) which is not an add on, it's the factory version that I purchased with the original computer. The boot priority is "Legacy First" I believe. Any suggestions would be most welcome.
Thank you.
