Using both panoramic and "regular" sized wallpapers with a dual-screen setup?

I've got a dual-monitor setup, with rotating wallpapers from a collection of pictures. Most of these are 1920x1080. However, I recently acquired some 3840x1080 backgrounds that I'd like to add to my collection as well. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a setting under "Personalize" that allows me to feature both types of pictures in the same theme, without one of them looking very distorted: if I pick a setting suited for the panoramic pictures, the single-monitor setups are stretched across both screens. If I pick something suited for displaying one "normal" background on each screen, the panoramic photos are either shrunk to fit or horribly cropped. Is there some way to rectify this? For instance, is there a way to set the "picture position" setting individually for every picture instead of applying one setting to the whole selection?

    Thanks for your quick response.

Your graphics card is in charge of adjusting or scaling down the pictures that you're using as your desktop wallpaper. As it turns out, if the current resolution is 1920x1080 then the bigger pictures will automatically be adjusted to fit the screens. There aren't any settings that can be set individually for each picture because it applies to the whole collection. We can suggest resizing the 3840x1080 images so it can fit the screen resolution.

Hope this helps and let us know if you have any questions.

    Hello Noela,

My current graphics driver is Nvidia's GeForge Game Ready driver, version 390.77. I'm not sure exactly what you mean by "separate display settings." Separate from what? I can modify them using a third party program known as Nvidia control panel if that's what you're asking. My current desktop resolution is 1920x1080, which is the native resolution for both of my monitors. My pictures are a mix of JPEGs and PNGs.
