Does anybody know how to stop the Windows Compatability Telemetry (CompatTelRunner.exe) from starting? It causes extremely high disk usage which results in large performance issues.

However that wasn't the issue for me because it was set to basic by my school (this is my own computer but I am using a copy of Office 365 that they gave me for free, it take over some privacy settings and disables sending typing data to improve predictions and apparently setting telemetry to basic.
