Force start window 10 in normal mode with cmd.exe

Hi

Is it possible to force reboot windows 10 in normal mode with command line in reboot menu which starts with:

X:\sources>? 

Moved from: Windows / Windows 10 / Windows update, recovery, & backup

    You're stuck in Safe mode ?

    Have you looked in   msconfig to see if it is checked ?

    If you must use the command prompt to exit safe mode you might want to visit tenformums.com tutorials.  They have a procedure & bcd commands depending on what is set now.

    *X:\sources>*cd /d c:\windows\system32

    c:\windows\system32>Shutdown /R /T 3

    Your command restarted the pc, but in safe mode.

    No, it isn't uness you first unpack the wim file in the sources folder.
