Hi i buy this phone from another person who is from Switzerland i am from Serbia,I have problem with this phone.Phone is being factory reset I make new accounts Google,Outlook,Hotmail and I signed with them into this phone.The accounts working properly on phone and computer,but when i try to download game,aplication.He says Downloading,after few more seconds he send me a error which is (d000f001) i was unable to download anything from Marketplace.

I have one more question.The phone network distributer is Orange this distributer in my country is not supported can you give me PUK code for unblocking phone network.Becouse decoding in Serbia is really expensive like a half price of new phone.

    To unblock your SIM card, we recommend that you get in touch with your network provider and ask for Personal Unblocking Key.
