If your anti virus software has a backup feature it could also be indicators that the file has been backed up (or not as the case may be).

It could be shortcut arrow or check box.
Open Start, type: file explorer options
Hit Enter
Select the General tab
Click Restore defaults.
If its the shortcut arrow, use Winaero Tweaker to remove it:
