When I press the 'Delete Key,  it does not ask me "are you sure you want to delete?  How do I get this feature turned on?   I prefer if the question is asked and not just an automatic deletion.   I am using Windows 10.    Thanks.      ----Catherine

Right-click the Recycle bin > Properties > check

    "Display delete confirmation dialog"
