Hi AbhinavCowkur, this issue may be caused by a bug in Windows Defender. Turn on your PC, use the Start Menu to search for Windows Defender, then disable real-time protection. Windows Defender will automatically turn itself back on after a short amount of time, and you will need to update it before that. Download and run the Windows Update troubleshooter from this page: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/10164
Afterwards, check for updates in Windows Update and allow everything to install.
