page down scrolls too far

Every time I use Page Down to scroll it always goes one line too far, then I have to use the up arrow to go up a line to read where I left off. I have already narrowed it down to MSN (tried Google News, AOL, Yahoo which all had no problems).

This is frustrating. If it weren't for the layout of MSN, which I prefer, I would switch to another news source.

I am using Windows 10

    Hi,

Mouse scroll speed depends on what option did you assign on your device. You can adjust it to make it faster or slower. To do this, visit this link: How to change Mouse Scroll Speed in Windows 10 for instructions.

Although my Page Down problem seemed to have nothing to do with a mouse (since I don't use one), I decided to try the suggestions nevertheless. I tried every setting in multiple combinations - nothing worked.

My original post is referring to the Page Down which is integrated on my number pad. As I said, it only happens with articles viewed through the MSN.com news feed. Google, AOL & Yahoo news feeds do not have this problem.

1, Does this happen in Full Screen View as well?

    and

    1. If so, have you considered just pressing and holding the "down arrow" key instead of using

"Page Down" and releasing it as soon as a fresh line is at the top?

Using Page Down or Page Up on your keyboard moves depends on the side-scroll bar size. For easier navigation on any websites, we recommend using a mouse scroll instead.

    Scrollbar Size:

Pressing Page Down will move the whole scrollbar.
