Good day!
I myself am not a very good IT expert either, but I may have the answer.
I have had this issue before when using Photoshop. If the scratch disk is full, it simply means that your storage drive is full. Clear some stuff out, especially things that you don't need.
I recommend usingĀ Disk Clean-Up. Press the windows icon on your keyboard or in the bottom left corner of your screen then type "Disk clean up". It should appear. Click on it. It should have a disk with brush as the icon. It will scan for things to remove, then you will see a list of things that the cleaner can remove. Check the ones you want to be gone. If you want to clean up more, click "Clean up system files". It will check for files. Once it does that, choose what you want to delete, and the click ok. It will delete the files you chose to delete.
I hope this helps!
