Good evening. I am certainly in need of some help as the error prompt suggested I should do.
So, the problem is on Operating System: Windows 10 concerning the Installation of VIA HD Audio driver.
So after I clean installed the driver and rebooted my computer, an error message appeared telling me that "VIA HD Audio doesn't support this OS"
So, I thought that I might have downloaded a wrong, 32-bit version of the driver and I uninstalled the Via HD Audio Codec from my computer. After that I tried to Install the software again and I got the following error
Sorry, some importand files of this package are missed. Please download the package again to contact with the service provider. Place press OK to terminate the setup wizard.
So. I checked my Control Panel once more and I saw that VIA Platform Manager was still there so I clicked on it to see what is this about. Turned
out it was the XHCI Controller Driver, so just to check out I tried to Uninstall it. So, as I thought I got the
sameerror message! So its a lock-up situation. I cannot install the driver and as it suggested MSDN would help me resolve the issue.
