I've just bought a new computer running Windows 10, the headphones of my G433 Gaming Headset are working, but the mic is not. Both worked on my old Windows 7 machine. I've scoured half the Internet to try to figure out how to make it work. And it is the default recording device.
* I've uninstalled the device, disconnected the device, restarted the computer, and reconnected the device.
* I looked for a driver on Logitech's website, but couldn't find one for the G433. I looked at Realtek too, but didn't find anything.
* I've set the mic to 100 on the Levels tab, I don't have a boost
* I don't have an Enhancements tab
* I've unchecked "Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device"
* I've selected the "Do nothing" radio button in the Communications tab
* I've tried using several USB ports
* I've tried the audio ports
* I've checked that the mic is on in the privacy settings
* I've tried troubleshooting, but it doesn't find anything.
Please help me, you are my only hope.

Yes I did! The cord or cable that connects it was plugged in upside down. My son connected everything and I didn't realize that cable was directional. I just disconnected it and plugged it in the other way and voila everything was working perfectly...
I just bought my son the same G433 for Christmas and we're having the same issue, when I plug the old set in everything is working but G433 headphones but no mic...
