Hi Mike, do you mean an evaluation copy of Windows 10?
If so, a evaluation copy of Windows is activated with a product key that will run out after a period of time. You will then need to purchase a full Product Key to permanently activate Windows . . . .
Do you think you are running an evaluation copy of Windows - this would be really unusual . . .
