Is it possible to give printers nicknames in Win 10?  I have a home office printer and a business office printer.  They are almost the same type so giving them nicknames would help to identify them.

    Hi Caroline,

Open Control Panel - Devices and Printers

Right click a Printer and choose 'Printer Properties' (not just Properties)

In the resulting dialog, you can assign a new name for the printer

    Click Apply and OK

Please Note, in Devices and Printers, the name will not change, but for all the applications you print from, that new name will be used identify that printer . . .
