Utorrent and Chrome auto starting

With last update Windows 10 is now starting Utorrent and Chrome without prompting.  Chrome goes to the last web page I was working on and not to home page.  I have disabled the auto start feature in Utorrent and checked my home page for Chrome and there is no malware.  I've also tried going back to a previous version of Windows 10 prior to the update and none of these solutions have worked.

    Hi Gary,

The more software you install on your computer, the longer it may seem to take to start up Windows. Many programs add themselves to the list of programs started when you boot your computer, and that list can get long. We recommend that you refer to this support article on how to disable startup programs in Windows 10.

Let us know if you were able to disable the startup apps.

Using the task manager startup tab, neither Utorrent nor Chrome are listed.  Utorrent starts even though I've unchecked the startup tab.  Also now Windows 10 keeps removing the Chrome icon on the task bar but continues to auto start Chrome and goes to the last page I was working on rather than the home page.

Problem still exists and has already cost me my internet service provider due to the constant uploading of UTorrent.  Neither UTorrent nor Chrome are in the startup menu under Task Manager.  I  have deleted UTorrent and reinstalled and it changed nothing.  I'm unfamiliar with the DISM and System File Checker and a little leary of changing the operation of the computer.  Yes this occured after an update by microsoft last December.  Now the computer intermittently takes the chrome and firefox icons off the taskbar.  This occurs at random.
