Hello and Thanks for the suggestion and all but I looked under the certificate information and two of certificates say they come from some Icepower company of some sort so I have come to the conclusion that it could and might very well be a undetected virus of some sort so Thanks again for your attempts to help me and all as well..  Have a great day ahead as well..

Searching around I found mention of Bang & Olufsen, ASUS and a Sonicmaster external subwoffer in various threads relating to an ICEpower driver.

I can't say whether yours has to do with any of these or is even valid, but from what you've done already to check for malware I don't see anything at all to make me believe this file is something to worry about.  In fact, how did you even find it?  If you just found it while browsing through that folder then I wouldn't be concerned, only if something about it was already triggering some security warnings would I really bother to look at it more deeply.

    Rob

That Copyright and other information matches what I found online for that filename, but of course that could all be easily faked as I mentioned.

What's more important is the Digital Signatures tab that's also visible in your snapshot, since that's nearly impossible to fake and identifies the organization that created the file originally based on the ownership of the Certificate used to digitally sign the file.

So click that tab and see whether the Certificate is valid and the organization name matches that contained in the Certificate itself.  If all of this checks out, then it's highly likely this is the driver for your Realtek HD Audio device, though the version and other information is difficult to verify since these drivers are typically bundled in the Windows 10 update packages, so they're not easy to find information for separately as with older Windows versions.

Since the last modified date of that file was 3/14/2018, that would likely roughly match the timestamp contained in your Windows Update records for when you downloaded the most recent Windows 10 Cumulative update, since that was released last Tuesday 3/13/2018 and thus would have typically been downloaded and installed the next time your PC was turned on.

Yes there is under the Details Tab it says this...

Also I don't know anything about this particular file and or service.  All I know is I do have onboard audio chipset for Realtek HD Audio ALC887 Chipset..  So, I may not have anything audio device wise related to the file or service in question.. Anyways, Thanks again for listening and all and have a great day too..

Try submit sample of suspicious file to VirusTotal:

    https://www.virustotal.com/

And see what is the result.

It will be scanned with several Anti-Malware software and we could see whether it is safe or not.
