So, this might be an issue with terminology... but "host ID" usually refers to the Media Access Controller (MAC) address. This the device ID that is assigned to the physical network card by the manufacturer.
In your example, above... it appears that your tablet does not have a built-in "Ethernet" network card... and instead uses a wireless network card. So, the "physical address" of the "Wireless LAN adapter" is probably what you want

Yes, Host id might be the device id because I apply for software licence and they asked for host id.

But I dont see how this might be related to a software license. This is the unique hardware id often referred to as the MAC address of a network adapter. MAC = Media Access Control
