    Hi Terri,

We're sorry to hear that.  One possible reason for this is that the number may be part of your blocked list.  You can check that list and edit it by following these steps:

    1. Open the Phone app.
    2. Tap on History at the top, and tap on the More  button at the bottom right corner.
    3. Tap on Blocked calls.
    4. You will now see any blocked calls listed.

If that number is not part of your blocked list, you may try to check your call forwarding settings.  To do this, please go to Setting > System > Phone > SIM Settings

From here you would see if you have any active call forwarding.  If your call forwarding is active, you may cancel it by following these steps:

    1. Launch the phone app
    2. Select the Dial pad
    3. Dial ##002##
    4. Press the call button

You should get a message back which states "call forwarding cancelled."  However, the codes to cancel call forwarding is network dependent and if your current service provider has a different code, you would get an error saying "unknown request" or "request denied"
