How i already said , My Harddrive is dead. For now i m waiting for a new one, But i wont go back to Windows 10 its the 3rd Harddrive already. I Check already my Hardware all is fine. With the Clean Boot, it wont help because it was something from Windows 10. Services like Windows Search, Windows Update and BITS always reenabled them self and caused a high Usages. Also the Windows Defender wich mostly was the cause.

And to "Close" the thread : i m done with Windows 10 for now. I would rather go to Linux before going back to Windows 10. It has to many Bugs and Failures wich already 100 of people wrote in Forums, i dont see why Microsoft or the People who work on Windows 10 dont get that Fixed.

But after all, have a nice Day !

Thanks for the update. Some users were able to resolve the issue by going opening Windows Defender and switch Real-time Protection off and then back on again. Please try this workaround and see it helps.

Hey, I have the same problem where it constantly uses 20% of my disk usage and spikes higher. When I turn off real time protection it fixes the issue. What is a proper fix for this?

    Thanks
