Forza motorsport 7 PC game does not start
Game closing few seconds after launch without any error, reseting windows store cache and using troubleshooting app dont work.
Just shows the splash screen for 1 second and dispears.
I tried all the methods: wsreset.exe, update all drivers, reinstall the entire game, reinstall add-ons, connecting with MS account, install free program from windows store, reset the game.
Thank you

2018-02-16T00:16:07+00:00 Hi Nicolae,
A corrupted data may cause your game not to work properly. Here are steps on how to manually uninstall and reinstall the Windows Store from your computer:
- Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.
2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.
3. Type the following command to uninstall Windows Store:
Get-AppxPackage *windowsstore* | Remove-AppxPackage
4. Hit Enter.
5. Restart your computer.
6. After restarting your computer, go to the Windows PowerShell as administrator again and then type the following command to install the apps back to your computer: Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
7. Hit Enter.
Let us know how it turns out.

2018-02-19T17:18:10+00:00 Thank you for responding. We need more information about the issue by answering the following questions below:
- Have you tried installing the game to a different PC with your account?
- Have you tried removing all the components of the game and re-install the game to the same partition?
- Did the issue occur before updating your OS or after updating your OS to the latest build?
For the mean time. Here are two steps on how to isolate system issues:
Method 1: Perform a clean boot, this helps eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install a program or an update or when you run a program in Windows 10. Here is the linkon how to perform a clean boot.
Method 2: Here is a link on how to download Apps Troubleshooter.
Let us know how it turns out.

2018-02-16T14:14:45+00:00 Hi,
Thanks you for the answer, but it does not work.
I reset my PCfrom the recovery windows settings and nor did it solve the my problem.
I do not know what to do next. As well as information, the game is installed on another hdd than the one on which windows are installed.
The game has worked in the past.
The same problem occurs also atForza Horizon 3 demo.
Thank you
