Conservation Mode In Lenovo Ideapad.

I have a Lenovo laptop named Lenovo Ideapad 520. There was 'Conservation Mode' in Lenovo Vantage under "Power" settings. 

Upon enabling it, the battery would charge to 55-60% to keep the battery in a healthy state while the device was plugged in.

After updating the app, that 'Conservation Mode' has vanished. Now the laptop keeps charging and gets to 100%.

Does anyone know how to get back that feature?

    I contacted Lenovo on this for my Yoga 720.  They said that the option for "Conservation Mode" is no longer available for W10 version 1709 (Creator's edition).  Since my laptop was stuck in conservation mode (won't charge past 60%), I needed to "recalibrate" by running down my battery, then recharge it to 100%.   They recommended I run down the battery under Windows by playing videos.  Windows will shutdown before getting to 0%, so I need to reboot into the BIOS, then continue draining the battery to zero.  Afterwards, charge the battery to 100%.  Lenovo claims that battery life won't be affected with Conservation mode removed.

    Lenovo broke Conservation Mode all by themselves, no help from Microsoft needed, with a bad release of the app I'll mention below. If you look in the Lenovo community forums you'll see much wailing and gnashing of teeth from people who saw Conservation Mode suddenly disappear from their device. Lenovo has since fixed the problem so if your device can support Conservation Mode you should be able to restore it with the latest version of the Lenovo app.

    Download the Lenovo Vantage app This is a fairly new app that replaces Lenovo System Update for Windows 10 only.

    In the app, select Hardware Settings, and then Power.

    If your device supports Conservation Mode you should see an on/off toggle for it it on that page.

    Hi Rose,

    The 'Conervation Mode' was under the Power settings in the app called "Lenovo Vantage". 

    Nonetheless, I get your point and I guess they've removed that feature from the app.

    I've contacted them and waiting for their response but I highly doubt they'll be of any help.

    Anyway, thank you for taking your time out to reply.

    ThinkPad T520 here with the windows store Lenovo Vantage app, which was updated on 3/23 to Version 4.10.370.0 

    My battery still partially charges as expected.
