This is a screenshot of IBALL Andi4L Pulse mobile having Windows Phone 8.1 Update 2.The Phone Cannot be upgraded to Windows 10 & also It also lacks 4G feature.But I have seen the option of using enhanced 4G LTE services (see the screenshot).Eventually I have not seen the option after a restart and it seems to be disappeared.What does the whole incident mean?

Hi Subha,
Not all Lumia phones are upgradeable to Windows 10 because of hardware limitations in which the phone is designed to. To upgrade, the best way you can do is download the Upgrade Advisor app available from Microsoft Store. With 4G services on a Windows phone, check with your local network carrier if enhanced 4G LTE services is supported by them, specifically with the phone model that you have.
