Whenever i open some applications it doesn't open and shows "The procedure entry point SKIDROW could not be located in the dynamic link libraby C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\binkw32.dll.". What is this? how cani solve this problem? Why does it happen?

Paste the file into my C:\Windows\System32 directory.
