How can I factory reset my gateway laptop I've tried alt f10 I've tried f8 and it takes me back to the same place I don't want to be, which is with a laptop that's not factory reset. In the alt f10 mode it takes me to the recovery manager page but I can't select anything other then exit. Then I select exit and it just restarts my laptop with no changes.Help Please!
