I got a nokia lumia 530 and every time i click on the app store it will just say 'there has been a problem completing your request. Try again later. this error code may be helpful: 805a8011' it been doing this for ages now and then last night it took all my apps away so i cant download anything else at the moment so can you help me please and i been looking all over internet and cant find anything that is related to this. i would restart my whole phone as i got my photos and videos backed up on my laptop but i am worried it will just do the same or make it worst. i have tried to restarting my phone but that didnt' help either.

2015-11-22T14:20:16+00:00 Hi, MphoMosoahle. Are you encountering the same error code( 805a8011) on your phone? Does it happen regardless of the connection you're using? Did you reset your phone by going to Settings > about > reset your phone? We'll wait for your response.
