In fact, in the Device Manager there is no Wi-Fi network adapter, but only the ethernet adapter is present. Mobile hotspot can only work if a wi-fi adapter is installed on your computer. As I suggested before, buy and install a compatible wi-fi usb adapter for Windows 10.
No mobile Hotspot option in my desktop computer.

I want to connect my handset to hotspot from windows 10 pro desktop machine. But I couldn't find the option of Mobile Hotspot in my Network and Sharing Settings..

To check this:
Open Command Prompt (click your Start Button, type cmd and hit Enter:
Run this command and hit Enter
netsh wlan show drivers
On about the 11th line returned from this command, does it state that Hosted Network is supported?
