Before doing anything else, can you please perform a full scan with your AV in Safe Mode with networking?

I'm pretty positive you still have some malwares.

RESTART IN SAFE MODE WINDOWS 10

Power on and off your computer three times. On the third time, your computer will boot into WinRE. Then Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Enable safe mode with networking

Hi evon_976, Microsoft's official line is:

Fix-it tools shouldn't be used in Windows 10. Instead, use a troubleshooter to help solve problems with your PC.

To find all of the troubleshooters, select Start > Settings > Update & security > Troubleshoot.

Basically these tools are registry editors and do the same job as the troubleshooters built into Windows - I would trust the troublehooters, rather than a 3rd party registry tool that might brick your system . . .

Regarding your questions, why do you say you cannot save the executable on the desktop (even it's not an AV)?

Can you please share a screenshot of the black window together with the error message and what you type in?

    Thanks

    Ugo
