    Open Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Configure a device.

    Or: Type “Troubleshooting” in the Search bar and press Enter.

    Click on “View All” in the top left corner.

    This should display the list of troubleshooters which are built-in in the computer. Click on Hardware and Devices from the list and you can run the troubleshooter.

    Type Troubleshoot in Windows Start Search box > Click Troubleshoot

    (You can also reach through by right clicking on Windows Start > Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot)

    Scroll down & Click Hardware & Devices > Click Run the Troubleshooter & follow on-screen directions > Restart the computer after troubleshooting is completed

    Hello Barbara,

    To get to the hardware and devices trouble shooter for windows 10 you will want to do the following:

    1. click on your start menu and type in Troubleshooting
    2. press enter
    3. The settings page will open on the Troubleshoot page.
    4. scroll down till you see Find and fix other problems
    5. under this section you will see Hardware and Devices
