Please help. I have a CASIO EXILIM *EX-ZS5* model camera and Window 7 computer and the camera does not download pictures. I searched for driver but don't see one even so previously I had downloaded from this camera to this computer. I tried to reinstall the program with the disc from camera but it ain't working. I think the driver (?) is gone and also something else because no disc was accepted. I searched for FREE driver download but can't find any. Can I please have help?

When you re-installed Windows, you lost the installed driver for the in-built card reader. Now you need to find one again. It is likely on the OEM web site for your computer. Of course, the other alternative is my original suggestion. Buy an external USB card reader. They are not expensive, require no drivers and can be used on any computer, which is handy when your on a trip.
SORRY my error in expressing the problem. I am unable to connect the memory card to do its work. I am putting it in the slot but nothing happens. I try to find a drive for it and can't see one? I also before had not have this problem. So the DRIVE for the USB or READER is not there?
Pls. advise.
I strongly advise against connecting the camera to your computer. You can buy a memory card reader for around $10. It plugs into your PC USB port and then acts just like any other USB thumb drive.
Remove the memory card from your camera. Insert it into the memory card reader. Plug the memory card reader into the computer. Open the drive. Find the pictures. Drag and drop them into what ever folder on your computer you like.
