ARM template for SQL server and database creation along with the below requirements:
i. Enabling the Audit on SQL server/ Database.
ii. White list the main Subnets
iii. Enabling the diagnostic settings on SQL server and database
iv. Active Directory admin
v. Server admin
vi. Backups
vii. Create a private end point for the SQL server.
