Bluetooth is a technology for creating a wireless network. Voice recognition is a separate technology.

You could use a Bluetooth-enabled microphone to transmit speech to a voice recognition application.

    Hello,

In Windows 10, you can set up Windows Speech Recognition to let you control your PC without using a keyboard or mouse. Just connect your microphone, and then search on the task bar for Speech Recognition, and select Windows Speech Recognition. A wizard would help you get started setting it up.

After completing the set up for Windows Speech Recognition, you may walk through a tutorial to learn voice commands and train your PC to recognize your voice. For additional options or tutorials, kindly press the Start button, then type control panel, and select Control Panel from the search results. From Control Panel, select Ease of Access > Speech Recognition.

Note: Speech Recognition is only available for the following languages: English (United States, United Kingdom, Canada, India, and Australia), French, German, Japanese, Mandarin (Chinese Simplified and Chinese Traditional), and Spanish.

Or, you can use Cortana to help you get things done in Windows 10. For more information about Cortana, kindly see What is Cortana?. For more articles about Cortana, kindly see Cortana help.
