Windows Ink left hand option not working properly

I have a Wacon One CTL-471 and recently changed to Windows 10 just to discover how it's annoying to use a pen tablet on it. Windows Ink doesn't work properly with the pen tablet. I had disabled the use of Windows Ink on the pen tablet program and most of my problems were fixed, except for one: Since the option for left hand had left the pen tablet program and become part of the OS settings on Pen and Windows Ink, it's seems I can't change it for left hand, even if the left hand option is active at any time. As this is a Windows problem, I need help to solve this.

Thank you for your detailed response. As it turns out, we'll have to refer your issue about Windows Ink to our Feedback Hub app because it's the best way for us to get a solution. You can can search for Feedback Hub in the Cortana search box to launch the app.

Well, using the Feedback Hub app was one of the first things I had tried when I saw the issue in January and still nothing. Guess they don't work as fast as it should.

    Thank you for your attention.

    Hi Victório,

There are several possible reasons why this issue is happening and it might be caused by a system conflict. Kindly answer the following questions so we can isolate the issue:

    • When did this start happening?
    • Are all of the hardware drivers updated?
    • Can you give us a screenshot of the error message while using the pen on the tablet?

You can also visit our site on how to use Microsoft easy fix solutionsto resolve software issues.

We're keeping an eye out for your response.

My computer is new, bought in early January and this issue had begin from the first time I had tried to use my pen tablet, on the first day I had turned on my computer at home.

Yes, I'm using the latest software for the pen tablet and it seems I don't need any other one at the moment - "your device is up to date".

There is no error message at all, the option for left hand is selected, but there is no change, it simply work as right hand for both options - right and left hand.

I downloaded and tried the Microsoft Easy Fix that would had helped with my issue. No change noticed. My pen tablet still works for right hand while left hand is selected.

I also had tried to use an old software for the pen tablet before, because the old one had the option to change to left hand on it, but the Windows Ink conflicts keep happening and so I prefer to only keep the newest active and running. The new one have an option to enable the pen tablet to not use Windows Ink, the first one to cause the problems using my pen tablet on my computer. I didn't have any problem like this using it on Windows Vista, probably because it didn't have any Windows Ink.

That's all I can say at the moment.

    Thank you for your attention.
