I was installing Autocad software but my laptop suddenly stops and says "an error occured while installing autocad Autodesk 2016" need help

    • What is the make and model of your computer?
    • Are you having issues installing any other programs?
    • What is the current version/build of your Windows 10 PC? To check, type winver on Cortana's search field and press Enter.
    • Have you tried performing any troubleshooting steps?
