Mapping A WDMYCLOUD in Windows 10

I am unable to may me WDMyCloud as a network drive discoverable in explorer.  The WDMyCloud is accessible through installed software, can be seen in files explorer, my is not selectable when trying to assign the WDMyCloud to a drive letter.

Any solutions out there?

    Hi Alan,

    This may be caused by an incompatible software issue due to a recent upgrade. Let us know more:

    • When did you first experience this issue?
    • Was there a recent update/ upgrade installed?
    • Was there any changes done on your computer?
    • Have you done any troubleshooting steps yet?
    • What do you mean in saying, "I am unable to may me WDMyCloud as a network drive"

    How do I map this network drive.  It is undiscoverable although connected to the router.

    If WD's instructions aren't working for you, they are the people you should be contacting. It's their procedure so they should step up.
