    Hi Kenneth,

The Critical_Process_Died blue screen error means that a critical system process in your computer died. It could actually damage your hard disk, your memory, or even your processor.

There are a couple of methods we could perform in order for us to troubleshoot and resolve this.

Method 1: Run a virus scan

NOTE: If you find any malware infected programs or files, uninstall and remove them.

    Method 2: Update device drivers

Please visit this this support article on how to update a driver for hardware that isn't working properly in Windows 7.

    Method 3: Undo recent changes

Method 4: Run SFC & DISM

Method 5: Refresh or Reset your Windows 7

Keep us updated if anything comes up so we can further assist you.

    Something like this perhaps:

    What should you do?

The best clues are are going to be in the crash dump files, so you should configure your system to generate crash dump files and upload them for analysis.

Let's see if Jericho Lap will provide more details about that as I am hoping to learn more from the Microsoft engaged experts.
